It’s so quick and easy to get your new website online. Choose your template, select a domain, insert text and photos—done! The design of your Jimdo website is automatically responsive, so it is optimized for smartphones, tablets and desktop computers.
In addition to the app, you can also edit your website on a desktop computer to use many more features.
Already with Jimdo?
You can edit your existing website with the app. Wherever you are with your iPhone or iPad—your website is right there with you.
App features
Navigation: Add new subpages to your website—or you can change, hide or delete these pages.
Content for your website: Write or publish blog posts, add photos, photo galleries, text, headings, and buttons to your website.
Structure for your website: Headings, spacing, and lines can help your visitors get a great overview of your website.
Online store: You can see and edit your open and closed orders directly in the app. Mark items as sent and/or paid to have even more control on-the-go.

Sehr übersichtlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich
Ich nutze die App jetzt seit kurzem und finde sie sehr übersichtlich und gut zu nutzen.
Auf die weitere Entwicklung bin ich gespannt!
Man darf über ein iPad außer Text und Bildern nichts wollen
Eine super Sache solange man nur Text und Bild einfügen möchte ist die Welt in Ordnung und es gibt außer einer gewissen Hakeligkeit nichts an der App und dem Pendant im Browser auszusetzen. Auch wenn es etwas ärgerlich ist das hier eine eigene Tastatur verwendet wird die die Systemfunktionen nicht beinhaltet.
Sobald man jedoch etwas so triviales wie einen iFrame aus SoundCloud einbinden möchte ist es vorbei. Die mobile Webseite lässt mich meine Blogartikel nicht speichern weil der Speichern Knopf weg ist und die App bietet mir etliche Inhalte, die am PC verfügbar sind, nicht an, so wie zu, Beispiel HTML Code einzufügen. Damit bin ich gezwungen an den PC zu gehen anstatt auf der Couch am iPad zu arbeiten. Wenn man bedenkt das wir eine komplette Podcast Produktion mittlerweile vollständig am iPad durchführen, inklusive Nachbearbeitung und Upload, ist das hier leider einfach nur schlecht. Denn wenn ich doch wieder an den PC muss, dann kann ich auch gleich die Seite selbst machen.
Wenn die App nicht alle verfügbaren Funktionen bietet bin ich nicht bereit die aufgerufenen Gebühren zu bezahlen. Schade das Jimdo hier seinem Ruf nicht gerecht wird.

Einfach super❤️
Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, weil ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte meine Webseiten auf dem kleinen Display eines Smartphones zu bearbeiten. Es funktioniert jedoch ganz hervorragend! Auch wenn nicht die gesamten Funktionen der Web-Version zur Verfügung stehen, finde ich die App äußerst nützlich um von unterwegs mal schnell die Seite zu bearbeiten. Kleinere Änderungen gehen sogar schneller als am PC.
