Love ordering on the go and picking it up in a breeze

Great work by Joe und truly ahead of it’s competitors.

Scam app

The app is constantly grabbing your location, even once the app is uninstalled. Absolutely nothing you can do against it, so think twice before installing this permanent GPS tracker.

Not valuable

I am a repeating customer at Joe & the Juice.
I am a German often visiting stores in Copenhagen, Hamburg and sometimes New York.

I wanted to use the payment via the app in the Copenhagen airport and the personal tried for 3 minutes and then figured out that this wasn’t working due to my origin from another country. Using the Loyalty cards is not interesting for me, since I buy the big shakes, not the small ones.

So for me the app is useless. :(

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with the app. It is correct that it isn't possible to use cards used in one country when visiting another. The reason for this is the often wide price differences between countries. If you do visit Copenhagen a lot, it might make sense to purchase a loyalty card specifically for Denmark.
