Dringend zu verbessern
Seit dem letzten Update ist die App nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, ein einloggen nicht mehr möglich ist.
Sehr schwache Leistung.
Die App sollte dringend überarbeitet werden.
Payment methods need to be expanded
This app is actually really helpful for families/friends/lovers to connect via Email or videochat and this helps prisoners to feel loved and not alone.
The problem is that not all people from overseas don‘t have a classical credit card so if someone wants to build a penpal relationship, he sinply can‘t do it with this app unfortunately.
I wiuld recommend you to add another payment method like Paypal, that would be very(!!!) helpful.
Garbage
The interface is not all that great, the app crashes often and is glitchy as all get out, and I just spent 30 minutes writing a very long email but rather than being sent, I got an error message. So don’t waste your time with the app, just use the mobile version of the site. Still not great, but far better than the app.
