Description
The KentixONE app is the mobile alarm centre for KentixONE.
It allows you to keep track of the security situation in your company at all times. The app shows you at a glance whether everything is in order and secure or whether you need to intervene.
The KentixONE app works together with the intelligent Kentix IoT Security products. It informs you about critical conditions in your IT rooms, offices or other business-critical areas.
The app reports intrusions, critical environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and many other parameters. You also receive early information about any fires that may occur. It also uses additional live video images to show who has opened doors, when and where. In addition to alarms, messages and recordings of critical conditions, you can also open doors remotely or block them for people and see who is where via live video. The intruder alarm function can be armed or disarmed for any area or display open windows and doors.
The KentixONE app is the security control centre for on the move, providing your company with uncomplicated and intuitive protection against a wide range of physical threats.
Together with the appropriate Kentix hardware, the app integrates the following applications:

- Environmental monitoring
- Early fire detection
- Live video
- External fault messages
- Network monitoring
- Power monitoring (PDU)

Fernöffnung super / Watch App Buggy / Wallet Integration fehlt
Ich mag die App sehr und wir haben sehr viele Komponenten von Kentix im Einsatz. Leider ist die Abmeldung in der Watch App ein großes Problem. In den letzten Wochen habe ich das mehrfach getestet und in >50% der Fälle bin ich vor der Tür gestanden und es wurde erneut nach einem Login auf der Uhr gefragt - mit vorheriger Meldung Synchronisation mit dem iPhone nicht möglich. Parallel getestet mit iPhone15 Pro / Watch Series 9 und iPhone 15 Pro / Watch Ultra.
Das Feature was ich generell am schmerzlichsten Vermisse ist eine saubere Walletintegration. Als Notlösung verwende ich zwar Sticker - sieht aber nicht toll aus und funktioniert mal mehr mal weniger…
Daher von mir wohlwollend 3 Punkte verbunden mit der Hoffnung auf eine wirklich stabile WatchApp sowie eine Integration ins Wallet
Schnelle Übersicht / Fernöffnung
Wir benutzen die App gern für Fernöffnung über die Favoriten-Funktion und um einen schnellen Statusüberblick zu bekommen. Die ersten Versionen waren etwas wackelig, aber mittlerweile läuft alles rund.
Unzuverlässig…
Die alte App war stabil und zuverlässig. Der Jahrespreis für den Dienst wurde mit der neuen App nahezu verdoppelt. Ständige Probleme mit dieser App, der Support hilft nur schleppend.
