Note: To protect your privacy, Keystroke Pro will not display your keyboard input when typing within a secure password text field.

Beautiful for Screencasts

I love beautiful things that just work. This app is one of those things. I use it for screencasts as a visually more pleasing way to showcase my keystrokes. Better than any of the built-in show keystroke functions of screencast apps I have come across. Setup once as it suits your needs and it just works.

Personally, I'd like to use my own colours to be within my corporate design, but that's not enough of a downside to give less than 5 stars. Excellent, thanks.

Schöne Umsetzung aber keine Unterstützung im Vollbildmodus

Die App ist sehr schön umgesetzt, leider unterstützt sie keine Anwendungen im Vollbildmodus. Somit ist sie für mich unbrauchbar.

Nette Idee, schwere Defizite

Update: Erhöht von zwei auf drei Sterne. Inzwischen lässt sich Mission Controll wieder verwenden. Wenn Mission Controll genutzt wird, wird allerdings die funktionalität der App unterbrochen. Das ist natürlich besser, aber noch nicht optimal.

Ursprüngliche Rezension:
Grundsätzlich ein praktisches Tool.
Zwei Dinge stören mich jedoch massiv:

1. Während eine der Apps aus dem Bundle (Keystroke Pro, Cursor Pro, Mirror Magnet) in der Status Leiste befindlich sind, kann ich, wenn ich mit Mission Controll den Desktop anzeigen lasse, kein Icon mehr anklicken. Folglich ist ein vernünftiges Arbeiten nicht mehr möglich.

2. Es gibt keine Option, dass nur richtige Shortcuts angezeigt werden. Ich möchte nicht, dass eine Isolierte Commando-Taste angezeigt wird. Vielmehr soll die Einblendung nur unter Verwendung einer Funktionstaste i. V. m. einer weiteren Taste erfolgen. z. B. Command C, anstatt nur Command.

Lieber Aualpa — vielen Dank für Dein Feedback! Zu Deinen Anmerkungen: 1. Dieser Mission-Control-Bug ist mir bekannt und ich forsche an einer Lösung. Da der Fehler in Mission Control selbst liegt, ist mein Einfluss auf die Lösung begrenzt. 2. Es gibt bereits eine »Zeige nur Keystrokes mit Modifier«-Option in den Einstellungen. Gerne ergänze ich weitere Anzeige-Modi! Verstehe ich richtig: Du möchtest, dass einzelne Modifier nicht angezeigt werden?
