Easy communication between educators and parents
KidsFox is the most progressive communication platform for daycare centers, kindergartens and crèches.
Create a direct line to the children's parents: Send important information or impressions from day-to-day life as text or picture from your smartphone or computer to the entire group or individual parents.
Parents confirm the message with one click. Confirmations and refusals appear immediately in your "signature list".
KidsFox breaks down language barriers: Recipients of a message can have it translated into 40 languages with one click. This helps include parents and relatives in the everyday life, which otherwise couldn't be reached due to a lack of language skills.
KidsFox helps in an emergency: Parents and educators can create a child profile with important information and contact details for emergencies. This profile is also available without an internet connection.
KidsFox protects your data: Communicate without having to exchange your private contact details. You decide what information other users can see.

Consultation days become consultation hours – Step 2!
- NEW: Consultation hours can be planned with weekly repetition. Invites can be sent to selected users, appointment durations can be set individually for each user.
- NEW: Admins and educators have the option to schedule appointments on behalf of other users.
- NEW: And best of all: in the MAX version, educators can plan their own Consultation hours events – for example to schedule a weekly consultation hour.

Soweit okay
Kann mich fast nicht beklagen über die App. Leider stürzt die App seit 2 Tagen ab, seit sie da aktualisiert wurde. Ich kann bei den Mails nicht mehr auf das Auge klicken, um zu überprüfen, wer die Mail gelesen hat.
Eine kleine Anmerkung hab ich außerdem, man kann die persönlichen Daten nicht bearbeiten. Wollte den Namen meines Kindes korrigieren, da dieser falsch von der Einrichtung hinterlegt wurde. Dies ist aber nicht möglich.
Ansonsten simple aufgebaut und leicht zu bedienen.
App beherrscht die Grundvorraussetzungen nicht
Leider funktioniert die App sehr unzuverlässig. Wie mehrere Bewertungen zeigen, hängt die App bei Pushnachrichten endlos im Profilbildschirm oder im orangen Startscreen.
Der Support empfiehlt das neu installieren. Aber auch das bringt keine Abhilfe.
Das zeigt die Programmierung ist leider schlecht gemacht oder zu wenig getestet.
Leider ist die Pushfunktion das elementare Merkmal was zwingend funktionieren muss. Funktioniert bei anderen Apps ja auch problemlos. Leider kein Einzelfall. Auf dem Gerät meiner Frau macht es dieselben Probleme.

Noch Luft nach oben…
Im Großen und Ganzen ist die App einen Erleichterung in der Kommunikation mit den Eltern. Leider stürzt sie immer mal ab und Nachrichten gehen nicht durch.
Gerade für uns als Kita wäre es wichtig wenn Eltern bei der Abmeldung der Kinder durch Krankheit eingeben müssten woran das Kind erkrankt ist. Gerade wenn meldepflichtige Krankheiten in der Kita unterwegs sind wäre das für alle ein schnellerer Informationsaustausch.
