Seit iOS 17.4 auch andere Browser-Engines als die von Safari zulässt, hat der normale Firefox auf dem iPhone keinerlei Adblock Funktionalität mehr. Mit Extensions, wie in der Desktop Version, kann man das auch nicht ausgleichen, da diese in der iOS Version nicht unterstützt werden. Und damit ist der normale Firefox hier leider unbenutzbar geworden, denn Internet ohne Adblock und Tracking Blocker möchte man sich heutzutage nicht mehr antun. Der Firefox Klar schließt diese Lücke. Sehr schön, schnell, mit Adblock und Tracking-Blocker.. so möchte man das haben 👍. Einziges Manko ist, dass man sein FF-Konto nicht verbinden kann und damit auch keinen Zugriff auf seine Lesezeichen hat. Und dass Lesezeichen generell nicht unterstützt werden. Aber vielleicht kommt das ja noch… ich hoffe es. Btw, auch eine Desktop Version des „Klar“ wäre sehr nice.

Einfach, intuitiv, schnell und bis jetzt habe ich keine Werbung die auf mein Suchverhalten zurückzuführen ist erhalten.
