Beschreibung

Knotwords is a minimal and elegant logic puzzle — with words.

The rules are simple: arrange the letters in each section so every word is valid, across and down.

Each puzzle may seem difficult at first — but like all my favorite newspaper puzzles, it gets easier as you progress. Each step guides you naturally towards the solution.

This is the kind of game I've been trying to make my whole career — I'm amazed Jack and I discovered this design. We hope you like it.

grandioses wortspiel: ABER

mal was anderes: find es schade , dass es nur auf englisch gibt: schon am anfang: wörter die ich noch nie gehört habe: für mich unspielbar: man braucht einen großen englischen wortschatz: geb trotzdem 5 sterne, da ich das prinzip genial finde: BITE eine deutsche version!

Fun game, but please fix controls

Really fun game, the puzzles don’t take too long and offer the right amount of challenge. One thing that does regularly confound me is the controls: I never quite understand what direction my text will be filling. I find myself having to re-enter letters frequently because they went vertical instead of horizontal, or changed rows, or something else. I don’t know for sure because I’m usually focusing on the keyboard while typing and it’s all wrong when I look up. And then I have to tap around a lot to first delete the misplaced letters because otherwise they are disabled on the keyboard. I’m aware of the swipe trick but the app is still pretty frustrating to use at times.

Just Fun

The game is actually very fun. There are a bunch of word that I don’t know but that is not a huge problem. I guess some native speakers don’t even know very little obscure word.

I‘d like to gift this game to a bunch of relatives but they would only play it in German. So if your generator can be fed with German vocabulary it would be awesome if you could add it.
