مشاكل تقنية

فكرة التطبيق اكثر من رائعة لكن توجد اشكالية و صعوبة في الكتابة في الشات، بالاضافة مشاكل في الاتصال متكررة.

المشاكل تقنية و تحتاج تعديل عشان تكون تجربة المستخدم مريحة اكثر.

Poor service

Me and my husband booked a session with one of the therapist. She did not showed up to the appointment and the day later informed us that she was busy. The customer service offered to refund the money, but only to the app wallet. With this attitude and service we do not want to come back.
