Description
Combine this app with the LEGO DC Super Heroes App-Controlled Batmobile (76112), the LEGO City Cargo Train (60198), or the LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) (each sold separately) to operate the motorized engines via Bluetooth controls, or use your imagination and build entirely new creations using LEGO Powered Up components and bring them to life by coding them. Make your models move and respond to real-world events.
The LEGO Powered Up app puts you in the driver’s seat of the awesome 4-wheel-drive Batmobile to speed through the streets of GOTHAM CITY™. Drive forwards, backwards, left and right… or pull 360-degree turns! You can even activate cool tricks and stunts as you become the Dark Knight and fight crime. You can customize and code your Batmobile tricks and choose your sounds and movements – pretty awesome!
The LEGO Powered Up app also controls LEGO trains to haul goods or pick up passengers around LEGO City. You can control the speed, change directions, and bring even more life to your play with various sounds such as a whistle, passenger announcement, railroad crossing bell, and more! The Bluetooth remote control app and the remote control handset included in the LEGO City train sets aren’t compatible with older infrared remote-controlled LEGO train sets.
Thanks to Powered Up components like hubs, motors, sensors, and lights you will be able to bring your customized creations to life. You can also bring your existing LEGO models to life.

Gute App mit viel Potenzial
Sehr spaßige App, ich habe schon einige Roboter damit programmiert, z.B. Line Following oder Kollisionsvermeidung. Damit man den Überblick behält wäre es nützlich, wenn man in der Programmdarstellung ein paar Zeichenwerkzeuge hätte, z.B. einen Text zur Erklärung schreiben könnte oder eine Linie oder Pfeil malen könnte. Auch das Programm-Bild in der Übersicht sollte man frei wählen können, z.B. durch ein Foto von seinem Roboter.

tolles tool für Lego City Züge
Tolles Erweiterungstool für neuere Lego-City Zugsets. Die Funktionen sind toll und machen das ganze Set sehr lebendig. Leider ist der Energieverbrauch der App enorm und zieht den Akku des Smartphones in Null Komma Nix leer, evtl liegt hier ein Bug vor, weil für eine normale Bluetoothverbindung braucht es doch nicht soooo viel „Saft“. An dieser Stelle bitte nochmal nachbessern ansonsten gäbe es für die App 5 ⭐️
Manches sogar besser als in Lego Boost
Soweit ich das überblicken kann, stecken hier alle Blöcke drin, die aus Lego Boost schon bekannt sind.
Die Verbindung zum Hub ist sogar besser gelöst, da es einen separaten Button zum Herstellen und Trennen der Verbindung gibt. Das sollte so auch in die Boost-App übernommen werden, weil es sehr beim Batteriensparen hilft.
Außerdem dudelt nicht die ganze Zeit nervige Musik, auch wenn Kinder das nicht so zu stören scheint.
Vielleicht lässt sich Lego ja doch erweichen, für einen vertretbaren Preis einen Li-Akkueinsatz anzubieten, um die Spieldauer zu erhöhen.
Schön wäre auch, wenn entweder mehrere Hubs oder alternativ zumindest mehrere Lichtsensoren unterstützt werden, um anspruchsvollere Anwendungen zu erlauben. Ob das die EV3-Verkäufe kannibalisiert, wage ich nicht zu sagen. Die Bereitschaft, nochmal komplett von vorn anzufangen, dürfte aber geringer sein als Einzelteile nachzukaufen. Noch besser wäre natürlich, beide Welten miteinander zu verschmelzen.
Die Zug- und Batman-Funktionen kann ich nicht bewerten.
