The LeipzigMOVE app always gets you to your destination easily, quickly and reliably - whether by bus, train, Flexa, bicycle, e-scooter, taxi or car. Download now and try it!
FUNCTIONS
• Everything in one app: No more cumbersome jumping back and forth between different mobility apps
• Smart route planner: enter your next destination and we'll show you the quickest or most convenient way to get there

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

BIKE & E-SCOOTER SHARING

CAR SHARING

TAXI
• One of over 250 taxis is always nearby and will take you to your destination quickly, safely and reliably: simply order a taxi, drive and pay with the app.
BIKE+RIDE
• Park your bike securely and dry in a bike garage or bike box. Simply book a parking space via the app and open it with the QR code.
MOBILITY STATIONS
• Your contact point for mobility, where you can find all sharing offers: Nextbike and Voi
• Find what you need quickly - without having to search for a vehicle or parking space.
• Over 150 locations are displayed in the app and more are being added all the time.

Design geht vor Funktionalität
Die App sieht ja schick aus. In Sachen Funktionalität ist aber noch viel Platz nach oben. Keine Anzeige von Abfahrtzeiten einer Haltestelle mehr. Der Ticketkauf lädt zu lange. Und bereits gekaufte (und aktive) Tickets lassen sich bei fehlendem Empfang bei der Ticketkontrolle nicht anzeigen! Das ist unbrauchbar. Wann kommt eigentlich endlich die Funktion, ein Ticket auch für einen späteren Zeitpunkt zu kaufen (z.B. in 3 min, 4 min oder 10 min)? Jetzt muss man immer unmittelbar vor Einstieg kaufen. Das sollte doch technisch kein Problem sein! Geht in anderen Städten auch.

Vielen Dank für Dein Feedback zur App. Wir haben Deinen Hinweis zum Abfahrtsmonitor sowie zur Anzeige der Tickets aufgenommen. Die langen Ladezeiten wurden bereits über ein Update korrigiert. Aktuell müssen die Fahrkarten kurz vor Einstieg in Bus & TRAM gelöst werden. Eine Veränderung in der App dahingehend ist nicht geplant. Deine LVB
Prinzipiell ist man Ausgeloggt!
Jedes Mal wenn ich die App nutzen will bin ich ausgeloggt. Das Ergebnis: ich muss herausfinden welche Mailadresse ich für die App nutze, das Passwort zurück setzten, hoffen das die Reset-Email schnell genug da ist... Danach brauche ich jedes mal um die 5 Versuche um zu bezahlen weil angeblich keine Zahlungsmethoden hinterlegt ist, dann geht es aber plötzlich.
Einfach ist anders! Man sollte sich also für jede Fahrt schon mal 20min einplanen! Zahlen kurz vor Antritt war quasi für mich nie möglich! Oder man sucht sich ne andere App, so wie ich jetzt...
Und spart euch die Antwort mit dem Haken zum eingeloggt bleiben. Der ist jedes Mal gesetzt, mit Sicherheit auch bei den anderen Bewertungen die den Logoff kritisieren.

Hallo, es tut uns leid, dass Du diese Erfahrungen gemacht hast. So sollte es natürlich nicht sein. Tritt das Problem mit den nicht vorhandenen Zahlungsmitteln jedes mal auf, wenn Du Dich neu anmeldest oder nur vereinzelt? Schreibe uns dazu gern eine Mail an verkehrsbetriebe@L.de und schildere das Problem etwas ausführlicher (gern auch mit Screenshots), damit wir Dir persönlich helfen können. Dies scheint definitiv ein Bug zu sein, der behoben werden muss. Viele Grüße, Lisa.
Dauernd neu anmelden
Und wieder werde ich aufgefordert, mich neu einzuloggen. Server-Response: 500 😡 So nervig... bleibt wieder nur, das Ticket zum normalen Preis am Automaten zu kaufen. Leider wird Password Autofill nicht unterstützt, so dass meine im Schlüsselbund hinterlegten Zugangsdaten nicht automatisch vorgeschlagen werden und ich diese jedes Mal mühsam aus der Liste aller Passwörter heraussuchen muss. 🙄 macht den Code auf GitHub öffentlich, dann fixe ich es selbst und ich stelle euch einen PR.
