OUR FEATURES

We all struggle with our smartphone addiction. Lemio stops you in the moments of unconscious, impulsive and compulsive phone use and transitions you from mindless doomscrolling to useful & healthy habits.

Daily Limits - Decide for each app how much time you want to allow per day. Lemio will dynamically display how much time you have left and help you resist with alarming colors when you exceed your limits.

Time limit per session - Each app should be used with intention, but at the same time remain easily accessible. That is why Lemio forces you to choose a session time for each entry. Your brain will learn that this choice has consequences, because Lemio will kick you out of the app when your session time is up.

Alerts against Doomscrolling - When your session time is up, a recurring notification including haptic feedback (vibration) will bring you back to reality in case you got distracted and sucked in.

Neuroscience Breathing - There is a way to de-stress and calm your brain in a matter of seconds. It's called the physiological sigh, a breathing exercise based on the science of how crying babies calm down. We introduce it every time we detect abusive behavior.

I cannot believe it really helped

I didn’t think it would but it actually helped me a lot to decrease my time at instagram. While doing the breathwork lemio suggested, I found myself changing my mind and closing instagram instead of going to an endless scrolling session. Good job.
