Description
LibreLinkUp allows you to monitor and support people who are using a FreeStyle Libre sensor and compatible FreeStyle Libre app. You can link up by asking them to invite you in their app.
Whether you’re a family member, friend or co-worker, the LibreLinkUp app helps you monitor and support people in your life so they can better manage their diabetes. You can use the LibreLinkUp app to view their glucose with a quick glance of your phone if they’re using a FreeStyle Libre sensor and app.
Innovations include:
GLUCOSE HISTORY AND INSIGHTS: Touch the glucose graph to see recent history, or review a logbook of glucose scans [2] and alarms [3, 4] – so you can better understand glucose patterns
GLUCOSE ALARMS: Receive alerts when glucose is high or low, so you can help them take action [3, 4]
SENSOR ALERTS Get notified when a new sensor is started, and when a sensor and app lose connectivity [3, 4]
DARK MODE: View glucose data in lower-light conditions, whether it’s in a cinema or the middle of the night

Gute App mit Potential
Erst einmal möchte ich sagen das ich dem LibreLinkUp Team für diese App danken möchte. Sie macht uns das Leben wirklich viel leichter. Danke dafür.
Die App funktioniert wirklich gut in den letzten Monaten. Es wurden verschiedene Probleme behoben und jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden damit. Leichte Verbesserungen könnte man immer machen z.B. kann ich die Benachrichtigungen über Serverwartungen ect… nicht komplett lesen. Diese werden als Banner nicht komplett dargestellt und wenn man drauf tippt öffnet sich die App. Dann ist die Benachrichtigung weg. Gibt es hier einen Trick?
Und es gibt auch Funktionswünsche: ich würde mir wünschen das ich auch einen einmaligen Alarm einstellen kann. Der nur einmal bei einem bestimmten Glucosewert ausgelöst wird. Wäre echt super.
Ansonsten macht ihr das echt super, weiter so und nochmal DANKE 😊

Gut aber da geht noch mehr
Die App ist klar und einfach für den Verbundenen Partner zu verstehen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass der Partner die Protokolleinträge bzw. Notizen sehen könnte um zu sehen ob der Freestyle Libre 3 Nutzer bereits in irgendeiner Form reagiert hat und z. B. Insulin gespritzt hat. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank, dass es diese Möglichkeit der Vernetzung gibt.

Nette App mit vielen Schwächen
Zuerst das positive: die App ermöglicht es uns, die Glukosedaten unserer Tochter über den Tag im Auge zu behalten. Gerade während der Schule oder in der Nacht haben wir so die Möglichkeit ihre Werte zu überprüfen und können ggf. korrigieren. Jetzt kommt das große ABER: Das geht natürlich nur, wenn alles auch so funktionieren würde, wie es soll. Und das tut es tatsächlich sehr oft nicht. Wir haben soooo oft Verbindungsabbrüche, obwohl unsere Tochter ihre Werte sieht und mein Mann bekommt seit einem Monat gar keine Alarme mehr. Wir haben schon alles versucht, diesen Fehler zu beheben, sind aber mit unserem Latein am Ende. Das ist natürlich sehr frustrierend. Wenn die Verbindung dann wieder hergestellt wurde, wird man darüber gefühlt 20 mal informiert, per Alarm natürlich. Der Alarmton an sich ist mega nervig - vor allem in der Nacht. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich den Ton selbst aussuchen könnte. Müssen ja nur ein bis zwei Alternativen sein. Eine Unterstützung der Apple Watch fehlt leider auch noch. Es wäre so hilfreich, die Werte dort gleich angezeigt zu bekommen. Aufgrund dieser ganzen Punkte gibts leider nur gut gemeinte zwei Sterne…
