Danke für die Umsetzung aber…
Vor einigen Wochen habe ich den Vorschlag gemacht, eine digitale Bezahl Methode einzuführen. Was passiert? Ich gucke heute in die App - und sie ist da! Ich wollte mich bei euch bedanken und finde es super! Über das Zahlungslimit lässt sich sprechen… Nun, wobei ich mir nur noch Gedanken mache ist ein „Black Mode“ für die Schrift und den Hintergrund, das wirkt moderner. Und noch ein Vorschlag: Bei den ganzen Coupons wird es langsam unübersichtlich. Vllt führt man ein, dass die Coupons in zwei Zeilen sind, und sortiert (nach Aktiviert und offen). Außerdem könnte die Startseite mal ein kleines Update vertragen. Vllt nach Kategorien oder so etwas in der Art. Vllt ein Produkt Scanner der Informationen groß anzeigt für Menschen die das kleine nicht lesen können an den Produkten. Trotzdem gibt es fünf Sterne !!! Dankeschön im Voraus!

Da ist noch Luft nach oben
+ Die Gutscheine triggern den Kaufdrang. Das Rubbellos ist auch genial als Spaßfaktor. Rabattsammler finde super. Die App spart auch die Papierprospekte.
- leider muss ich mich Sehr oft neu einloggen, was umständlich zu finden ist. Und die tatsächliche Ersparnis ist gering. Oft sind die Angebote ausverkauft. Im Markt suche ich lange nach dem Artikel aus dem Gutschein. Manche Schilder „ hier sparen Sie mit der App“ wurden vergessen zu entfernen, sie stehen noch bei abgelaufenen Couponartikeln. An der Kasse hat die App schon gestreikt und ich konnte die Rabatte nicht einlösen. Längere Wartezeit an der Kasse, da Kunden mit dem Handy beschäftigt sind und gleichzeitig zahlen und einräumen (mit der Handyfreien Hand). Die Kunden haben die Aufmerksamkeit im Handy, stehen ständig im Weg. Diese Entwicklung gefällt mir nicht sonderlich.
Fazit: Tolle Geschäftsidee, aber es muss noch optimiert werden.
Zudem fände ich es gut wenn man die Gutscheine an die Kundenbedürfnisse anpassen könnte. Z. B. Kein Alkohol Gutschein oder dass Vegetarier kein Fleischgutschein erhalten.
