Description
With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Your Lieferando app has a brand new look!
Based on your feedback, we improved the design. It’s easier than ever to order what you want – from groceries to delicious meals.
There are now more search options and filters, and we also improved the navigation speed.
On top of that, we added new features like:
- Loved in your area
Browse the most popular categories in your neighbourhood.
- New ‘For you’ section
Access StampCards and Loyalty Points by clicking ‘For you’ in the navigation.
- Bigger menu images
See what’s on offer at a glance. Like the look of something? Press ‘+’ to add it to your basket.
- Your cravings, saved
Your last order is saved for you, so you can come back to it anytime.

Also dafür das man durch lieferando pro Produkt circa 50 Cent mehr bezahlt als wenn man anruft und so bestellt hat man ja die Prämien aber wenn ich selbst damit nix anfangen kann weil ich nur aufgefordert werde mich einzuloggen und dann wieder aufgefordert werde mich einzuloggen und dann wieder und wieder aber nicht zur Prämie komme lohnt es sich wirklich garnicht diese App zu benutzen bis auf eine Kleinigkeit, diese App lohnt sich nur zu nutzen um die Speisekarten zu durchstöbernd und schlussendlich anzurufen da ich dann pro Produkt circa 50 Cent einspare, da ich durch lieferando keinen weiteren Vorteile sehe und auch keine Konkurrenz zu lieferando existiert kann ich ganz darauf verzichten
Es Seiden man würde mir endlich die Prämien erstatten für die knappe 1000 Punkte die ich bereits gesammelt hab...

Wir garantieren unseren Kunden, dass wir die gleichen Preise, die auch im jeweiligen Restaurant ausgeschrieben sind, anbieten.

Gutschein deaktiviert bevor er eingelöst wurde!
Vor ein paar Tagen erhielt ich eine Mail mit einem 3€ Gutschein, wenn man die App installiert und damit bestellt.
Als Zahlmethode hatte ich Barzahlung ausgewählt, dann den Gutschein eingegeben und es wurden die 3€ abgezogen, allerdings wechselte die App in diesem Schritt automatisch zu Paypal, was mich aufgrund der zuvor gewählten Zahlungsmethoden irritierte und ich den Vorgang abbrach. Dann konnte ich den Hinweis lesen, dass der Gutschein nur in Verbindung mit einer Onlinezahlmethode gültig ist. Dann also wieder Paypal ausgewählt, aber durch den zuvor abgebrochenen Zahlungsvorgang war der Gutschein nun plötzlich ungültig und ich konnte erst bezahlen nachdem ich den Gutschein entfernte, obwohl ich ihn ja nicht eingelöst hatte... zeitraubend und sehr nervig!👎🏼

es tut uns leid, dass es zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist.
Wenn es zu Komplikationen während des Bestellprozesses kommt, sperrt sich der Gutschein aus Sicherheitsgründen für 24 Stunden. Du kannst diesen dann bei Deiner nächsten Bestellung in Verbindung mit Onlinezahlungen einlösen.
