Modulares und umfangreiches Kassensystem mit sehr gutem Service
Gastrofix hat sich wunderbar in unseren unternehmerischen Ablauf integriert. Das komplexe Thema Kassensystem wird gut und nachvollziehbar dargestellt, jedoch sollte eine gewisse Eigenmotivation, zum erlernen des Systems vorhanden sein. Die Cloud Funktionen sind umfangreich und plausibel. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist das, wenn man das gesamte System drahtlos nutzen will eine gute und stabile Netzwerkinfrastruktur mit aktivem Roaming vorhanden sein sollte! Was den Einsatz von IPod als mobile Geräte angeht, rate ich davon ab, da diese zu schwach sind. iPad minis oder iPhones ab der 8 Generation sind wirklich um Welten besser. Für Fragen und Hilfe gibt es eine Support Seite sowie sehr kompetente und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in der Hotline. Alles in allem volle Empfehlung mit dem Grundsatz das man sich definitiv damit beschäftigen muss.
Individuelles Kassensystem
Wir sind nun mittlerweile seit 2 Jahren zufriedene Gastrofix-kunden.
Es ist ein leicht verständliches, einfach zu bedienendes aber trotzdem vollumfängliches Kassensystem, das auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden kann.
Das Support-Team ist sehr gut ausgebildet und Probleme werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben, Fragen werden sofort, bzw. sehr zeitnah beantwortet.
Desweiteren wird das System stetig weiterentwickelt und mit sinnvollen Ergänzungen weiterentwickelt.
Wir können dieses System zu 100% weiterempfehlen - weiter so !!!
