Lignes d'Azur Tickets is the most convenient way to travel by bus or tram in the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area with Lignes d'Azur!
No need to wait at a ticket vending machine or agency: buy and top up tickets instantly on your Lignes d'Azur card from your phone, wherever you want, whenever you want.
The application also allows you to check the contents of a Lignes d'Azur card: number of remaining trips, expiry date of a subscription, etc.

Using public transport in the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area has never been easier. Here's how to buy and load a ticket onto your Lignes d'Azur card:
- Open the application and click on "Buy a ticket on a Lignes d'Azur card".
- Follow the instructions by placing your card at the back top of your phone to scan it.
- After checking its contents, select a ticket to top up.
- Pay securely by credit card.
- Place your card again at the top back of your phone to top up the ticket you have just purchased.
- Once your purchase has been made and your card topped up, you can use your card to travel on the Lignes d'Azur lines.

Gut gedacht, aber in der Anwendung fast unbrauchbar
Erstmal kann man über Apple nur über im Bus gekaufte Karten reinkommen, nicht über den QR Code. Wir haben die Karten im Bus gekauft und versuchten während der Fahrt die Karten zu scannen. Unmöglich. Die Sprache ist auf französisch eingestellt und lässt sich nur über Einstellungen zu ändern. (Wussten wir alles erst später in Ruhe nach der Fahrt🙈)
Die Busfahrerin wusste leider auch kein Rat und erlaubte uns einfach so zu fahren. Man müsste die Karte im Bus scannen und dann über die App die Tickets kaufen.
Sehr kompliziert und ohne Vorkenntnisse kaum zu gebrauchen. Nachdem die Tickets dann zum kaufen ausgewählt worden sind,muss man dann die Kreditkartennummer eingeben … wenn man die Nummer nicht parat hat, fährt man wieder schwarz…
wo sind die Schwierigkeiten
Sie ist leicht zu bedienen und hat viele Angebote. Auch 10 Fahrten!
Katastrophal
Wenn es nur die App wäre, die nicht funktioniert, aber ich hätte mich darauf eingestellt, die Karte am Automaten aufzuladen. Diese leisten mehrheitlich aber auch nicht ihren Dienst. Dadurch wurden wir genötigt, statt eines Fahrscheines immer wieder neue Karten für 2,- € zu kaufen. Jetzt, am dritten Tag unserer Reise, haben wir bereits 5 (!) davon.
Ich habe den Eindruck, dass System dahintersteckt, und die Verkehrsgesellschaft so einfach mehr verdient. Eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit und überaus ärgerlich!
