Ich benutze die App zum steuern meines Majik DS2 Streamers in Verbindung mit Qobuz. Seit ein paar Tagen konnte ich immer mehr Alben nicht mehr anwählen bzw abspielen (failed to load content). Habe mich an den Kundendienst gewandt und was soll ich sagen. Am selben Tag kam eine Rückmeldung und heute, einen Tag später kam ein Update der App. Jetzt funktioniert es wieder. Top Service, danke !!!
Trotzdem gilt, dass man Alben weiterhin nicht alphabetisch sortieren kann. Das ist nicht praxisgerecht und eigentlich Standard.
Jetzt richtig gut
Nach einer Zeit von gefühlt 2 Jahren und mehr ist die APP soweit durchentwickelt.
Ich hatte noch Schwierigkeiten mit der Anzeige selbst auf dem iPad. Kurze Fehlermeldung an Linn und schon nach ca. 20 Minuten hatte ich Antwort aus Glasgow.
Mein Heimnetzwerk ist nicht schnell genug. Jetzt nach Umstellung auf 5Mhz alles klar und perfekt.
Hoffe das Kazoo noch sehr lange Standard bleibt. Es kostet als Endverbraucher viel Zeit und Nerven ständig auf Updates zu warten, die wieder andere Fehler im Gepäck haben.
Grundsätzlich gut, aber die Lautstärkeregelung ist eine Katastrophe...
Eigentlich eine gut zu bedienende, optisch sehr ansprechende App. Einzig die Lautstärkeregelung sollte dringend verbessert werden, so dass die Lautstärke mit weniger Umdrehungen/Klicks schneller erhöht/gesenkt werden kann. Ein Schieberegler wie beispielsweise bei Lumin funktioniert deutlich angenehmer. Oder einfach eine schneller Anhebung pro Umdrehung / Klick implementieren (oder den User selbst über die Einstellungen konfigurieren lassen).
