Good App but not compatible with iCloud Private Relay on MacOS

I have the App on IOS as well as MacOS installed to prevent tracking.
iCloud Private Relay is enabled on all of my devices. On IOS it works fine and IP and DNS-test say that I connect to Cloudflare.
On MacOS however Lockdown somehow prevents iCloud Private Relay from working and the test results in my IP and the configured DNS resolver.
