Description
Being at home while on the road, that is the leading design principle of this app. The LUPUS app offers you all the important information you require at a single glance. The new home screen of the app – the dashboard – is completely adjustable to your individual needs. Hence, you have access to the information and functions you require (e.g. switches, cameras, temperature, humidity, etc.). The intuitive interface grants you access to all the functions of your system. Full screen push notifications guarantee that you are immediately informed about any occurrences at your home. The app supports every current LUPUS product, such as alarm panels, IP-cameras, and recorders.
In combination with our Smarthome alarm panels, the app offers you:
- Installation wizard to guide you through the initial steps of the installation.
- Configuration and set-up of the system and sensors.
- Individually adjustable dashboard.
- Quick overview of all open sensors, notifications, hints, and automations.
- Arm / disarm of all sensors or of single rooms.
- Integration of all common IP cameras.
- Instant notification in case of burglary, fire, or water alarm.
- Continuous security monitoring.
- Monitoring of power consumption of external connected devices.
In combination with our IP-cameras and recorders, the app offers you:

Please note that depending on your contracts, you mobile and internet service provider might charge you for connecting to your LUPUS alarm panel via the internet. To access the LUPUS XT alarm panel via the internet, the alarm panel needs to have access to the internet and needs to be set-up accordingly.

Ipad-Probleme seit letztem Update
Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert die App auf dem Ipad kaum noch. Sehr langsam, haengt sich staendig auf und Kameras kann ich nicht mehr ansehen oder 7mschalten. Versuche ich das, haengt sich die App mal wieder auf. Update: Auch die Version 3.1.30 bringt keine Besserung. Die App verhält sich total erratisch, getestet auf Iphone XR und mehreren Ipads. Versucht man innerhalb der App irgendein Menü zu öffnen oder eine eingebundene Kamera auszuwählen reagiert die App manchmal gar nicht, manchmal erst nach bis zu 10 Sekunden, das ist völlig inakzeptabel, weil das natürlich Unmengen an Fehleingaben produziert. Gelegentlich friert die App auch ganz ein oder beendet sich gleich von alleine. Das Webinterface meiner XT3 funktioniert flawless, alles geht flüssig und prompt, so wie ich das bis zu den letzten Updates auch gewohnt war, aber jetzt ist die App eine Katastrophe. Das hat nichts mit Smart Home zu tun, so ist die App nach wie vor völlig unbrauchbar. Wie gesagt: Bis zu den letzten Updates lief alles super, und in meinem Netzwerk wurde auch nichts geändert, alle Geräte auf aktuellstem IOS.
Nachtrag: Jetzt läuft es wieder wie vorher!

1a, jedoch der ein oder andere Bug
Nutze die App schon etwas länger. Läuft gut und stabil, bis auf ein paar Wifi Verbindungsschwierigkeiten alles ok soweit. Dennoch hat die App in Verbindung mit einem Stromausfall bzw. einem Update nehmen wir mal das aktuelle Update, in Bezug auf einen Abruf von Aufnahmen einen Totalausfall. Es wird in der App keine einzige Aufnahme angezeigt obwohl vorhanden. Etwas später werden zwei Aufnahmen angezeigt welche bei einem erneuten Aufruf in der Ansicht wieder verschwunden sind. Im LOG ist ebenfalls die Aufnahme/n dokumentiert, wird aber wie gesagt, auch nach mehreren Versuchen wiederum nicht angezeigt. Nervt.
Funktioniert wieder zuverlässig
Aktuell ist die App nicht zu gebrochen. Ich greife von extern über einen eigenen DNS-Server auf meine XT3 zu. Sobald der Aufbau länger dauert, fliegt man aus der App raus und muss sich neu anmelden. Man hat keine Zeit die App zu bedienen. Trotz mehrfachen Kontakt mit dem Support keine Lösung in Sicht. Das ging schonmal wesentlich besser. Obwohl ich ein Fan der Anlage bin, kann ich sie nicht mehr mobil nutzen. Schade. Bitte löst den Fehler mit dem Timeout.
Update:
Die App funktioniert wieder. Ich musste das Profil löschen und neu anlegen.
