Once you arrive, the app also serves as your digital room key and has a host of other functions designed to make the most of your time with us.

Generally good idea BUT....

So first things first. I work for THE Experience Management Company and therefore I am sensitive when it comes to customer or user experience. I love the idea of this app especially when you can use it for bookings or to open your door. But here comes the big BUT. Unfortunately, this app gives a very bad experience as it crashes all the time and therefore will also not let you open your door. I stopped trying to book some amenities or other fancy stuff. So it has no impact on our honeymoon but it definitely needs a major update for stability.

Waste my time

This App is worst! It’s loading and loading and nothing happens. This isn’t helpful if you like to have an overview of the resort or daily activities.
