EASY-TO-MANAGE MONEY POTS
Birthday, bachelor party, leaving drinks, holidays…Create, manage and contribute to your money pot with just a few clicks via the app. Share the link to your money pot by email, SMS or any messaging app and collect the funds. Your friends that don’t have the Lyf Pay app can contribute as well.
PAYMENTS BETWEEN FRIENDS
It’s as simple as sending an SMS : select one of your contacts, enter the amount and that’s it, done ! This works too if your friends haven’t downloaded the Lyf Pay app yet.
LOYALTY CARDS
You can stock the loyalty cards of your favourite shops in your smartphone and present them at checkout via the app. Cinema card, membership card, library card..? That works too ! Stock any card that has a barcode or QR code in Lyf Pay.
Visiting France ?

Fast and reliable customer service but not customer friendly app
It was a bit complicated and not intuitive to manage sensi money to another account (if this account didn’t have an associated lyf account), and I got my account blocked. Luckily the customer service team was super responsive and got my money back fast
Horrible experience with Lyf pay team
Lost access to my own money.
So they blocked my account because they thought there’s some unusual activity on my account. But what about the money I had on my account I can’t access it anymore. I got a email regarding they wanting more information from my I emailed them everything but their security team is taking 3-4 days to respond to one email.
They can keep my account blocked I don’t care at this point but atlest let me withdraw my own money from it

Terrible app
Was forced to install on a festival. Their servers are slow and the app crashes constantly. Would not recommend.
