If you’ve used our app in the past, you might notice things are looking a little different now. We’ve had a revamp and hope you like the new look and feel.

With the M&S Banking App you can:

View your Credit Card PIN
‘Chat with us’ anytime and get notifications when we send a reply
Keep track of your spending with our handy Spend Notifications tool
Sign in securely with face or fingerprint recognition on compatible devices
See recent transactions and check your balance
View your recent monthly statements in one place (Credit Card and Everyday Savings Account)
Make a payment to your M&S Credit Card using a debit card
Update your contact details
Activate your new credit card in a few minutes

How to sign in to mobile banking

If you’re already registered for digital banking services, you’ll need your username and password to set up the app.

If you’ve not registered for digital banking, you’ll firstly need to register to set up your username and password by visiting marksandspencer.com/internetbanking
