Just download the app, enter your shipping address, pick your favorite products or redeem your prescription, and your delivery will be at your door in minutes. We deliver prescription drugs (if you have an "E-Rezept"), non-prescription drugs and beauty products directly to your doorstep.

In case of any questions concerning the specific medication or symptoms, there is the option to contact our partner pharmacies – also if you have questions about your prescriptions. Just call them through the app and get your consultation.

Schnell und gutes Angebot
Ich bin sehr begeistert. Auch wenn ich in einer Großstadt lebe und innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu regulären Öffnungszeiten Medikamente bekommen könnte, ist es in manchen Situationen großartig nicht selbst gehen zu müssen. Liege aktuell mit einer dicken Erkältung total flach. Habe die benötigten Medikamente bestellt und innerhalb von 10 (!!!!) Minuten bekommen obwohl 40 Minuten angekündigt waren. Und das war nicht das erste mal dass es so schnell ging. Mit mir habt ihr einen Fan. Das Angebot deckt die gängigsten Allgemeinkrankheiten ab und wer weiß ob es in Zukunft nicht auch auf die verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamente ausgedehnt werden kann, wenn ein kluges System hierfür entwickelt wird, so dass ein Missbrauch vermieden werden kann.
Unkomplizierte und schnelle Lieferung
Ich hab das erste Mal bei MAYD Bestellung und bin super zufrieden. Ich habe zwar eine Apotheke direkt neben mir, da kann ich aber aufgrund meiner Corona Erkrankung aktuell nicht hin. Deshalb bin ich sehr dankbar, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, sich die Medikamente einfach und schnell liefern zu lassen. Die Bestellung kam schon nach 18 Minuten, obwohl 60 Minuten angegeben waren. Aber auch 60 Minuten wären für mich vollkommen okay gewesen. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut und sehr empfehlenswert. 👍
Keine Rezeptpflichtigen Medikamente bestellbar
Hab die App nur installiert, um dann folgendes herauszufinden: Eine Online-Apothekenservice, bei dem ich nichts erwerben kann, das mir ärztlich verordnet werden muss. Was soll das? Schade, bin nämlich aktuell nicht mobil krankheitsbedingt und hätte den Lieferservice für die Medikamente, welche ich deswegen brauche, gut nutzen können. Stattdessen musste ich umständlich per abtelefonieren der lokalen Apotheken eine Lösung finden. Genau da wäre so eine App doch eigentlich praktisch.
Nun, offenbar gibt es für dieses beschränkte Nischensortiment ja trotzdem eine Nachfrage, aber kann man das bitte in der Social Media Werbung und im AppStore kenntlich machen, oder wenigstens beim Appstart deutlich darauf hinweisen? Stattdessen, muss man selbst das Angebot durchforsten bzw. nach Funktionen suchen, die es nicht gibt, um den Schluss zu ziehen. Schließlich suggeriert die Werbung ja, sie hätten „alles“.
Die drei Sterne sind für das Design, was per se gut ist. Den Abwicklungsprozess kann ich nicht beurteilen, da für meinen Bedarf ja kein Angebot bestand.
