Description
The MEDION Smart Remote app is the innovative way to operate your MEDION television from your smartphone via your home network.
The MEDION Smart Remote application makes use of the properties of your mobile phone – such as touch screen capability and G sensor – to provide easy-to-use, convenient and improved options for operating your MEDION Smart TV set.
Not only that: you also have the option of operating your television via touch pad and directly entering text when calling up Internet pages.
Suitable for MEDION Smart TVs from the 2013 models onwards that have the option “Virtual Remote” available in the menu “Other settings”. Please note that the television to be controlled must be in the same network as the smartphone.

Unglaublicher Müll!!
Liebe Firma Medion, bisher habe ich mich noch nie gezwungen gesehen eine Rezension zu schreiben, Hier ist es leider und umgänglich ich bin leider blind und daher in der Bedienung des iPhones auf Voice over angewiesen!
Es ist mir leider unmöglich mich mittels Voice over mit der Firma Medion in Verbindung zu setzen, da ihre Verbindungsdaten es leider unmöglich machen über die erste Seite hinaus zu kommen. Somit ist mir die Nachfrage nicht möglich, warum ein neu gekauftes Medion Smart TV mit dieser App nicht zu finden ist! Somit ist es nicht möglich diese App zu bewerten, für den Service der Firma Medion kann man nur -5 Sterne geben herzlichen Glückwunsch

Funktioniert einwandfrei und problemlos
Bei mir war die Installation überhaupt kein Problem. Runterladen, App öffnen und schon wurde mein TV angezeigt. Es wäre intuitiver, wenn die Tastatur der App ungefähr der Aufteilung in der normalen Fernbedienung entsprechen würde. Aber ansonsten ist die Funktion einwandfrei.
Klappt nicht mehr
Ich habe auf meinem IPhone nun die neuste Software Aktualisierung (IOS 13.4.1) und mein Handy erkennt den Fernseher nicht mehr. Davor hat es immer sehr gut geklappt, weshalb ich hoffe das das Medion Team so schnell wie möglich aktualisiert und hilft. Ansonsten wäre ich sehr enttäuscht
