The best functions at a glance
Get an overview of the product range
Our search function, all the product categories and our scan function give you a quick and easy overview of the product range. Simply click through our assortment, search for specific brands or scan products, view products you’ve purchased previously, add them to your watch list, share your watch list with friends or shop directly.
Find your local store
You can search for stores near you with direct access to the store finder. This gives you quick and easy access to service information. You can save your preferred store in the app and thus display the available stock on the product pages in addition to the online availability.

Gut aber verbesserungsfähig
An sich eine gute App unpraktisch. Mir fehlt leider die Übersicht was aus dem Warenkorb bei Nichtverfügbarkeit gelöscht wurde.
Dann werden nicht alle aktivierten Coupons eingelöst.
Die Bilder kann man nicht vergrößern.
Und ich habe oft einen Warenkorb Fehler, sodass dieser überhaupt nicht angezeigt wird mit dem Hinweis „ es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, versuchen Sie es später“. Funktioniert manchmal tagelang nicht. Da ich mit Säugling viele Sachen benötige, habe ich oft sehr viele Artikel im Warenkorb und möchte dann auch über die App bestellen und nicht wieder alles erneut eingeben, zumal es dann am Rechner auch nicht funktioniert.
Was mir noch negativ aufgefallen ist: Wird der Inhalt des Warenkorbes temporär nicht geladen und man fügt einen Artikel hinzu, ist automatisch alles bis auf diesen einen nachgefügten Artikel gelöscht.
Warenkorb benötigt Update
Grundsätzlich eine tolle App die ein paar Verbesserungen nötig hätte.
Zum Beispiel den Warenkorb. Schön ist, dass die Artikel im Warenkorb bleiben also auch wenn man die App schließt und erst später wieder rein geht. Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich hier ganz klar, dass nicht mehr verfügbare Artikel nicht einfach aus dem Warenkorb gelöscht werden sollten sondern mit einem Hinweis versehen werden.
Ich lege immer , über einige Tage verteilt, Ware in den Warenkorb wenn ich gerade merke, dass ich das noch brauche. Erst wenn ich einige Artikel zusammen habe, löse ich die Bestellung aus. Wenn aber ständig Artikel einfach aus dem Warenkorb gelöscht werden, fehlen mir hinterher Dinge die ich eigentlich benötige. Ein Hinweis, dass der Artikel gerade nicht vorrätig ist, wäre hilfreich, denn so weiß man noch was man ursprünglich bestellen wollte, kann aber eventuell noch nach einer Alternative suchen.

Hallo Bekki2307, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Vor einiger Zeit haben wir ein Update der App gemacht, welches genau darauf eingezahlt hat. So werden die Artikel nun nicht mehr aus dem Warenkorb geworfen, wenn sie keinen Bestand mehr haben. Wenn natürlich ein Artikel ausgelistet wird oder nicht mehr im Verkauf ist, wird dieser aus dem Warenkorb entfernt. Viele Grüße, dein Mein dm-App Team
