Nutzerfehler verursachen schlechte Bewertungen
Die App macht genau was sie soll. Wer sich seine recovery phrases nicht sichert obwohl die App es ausdrücklich mehrmals empfiehlt und sogar noch einmal abfragt ist selbst schuld. Wer ETH kauft und dann merkt dass der Kurs nicht nur nach oben geht ist selbst schuld. Wer denkt tokens können einfach so von der wallet verschwinden der hat die blockchain nicht verstanden und - ihr habt es erraten - ist selbst schuld.
Wenn man sich die Zeit nimmt und das macht was die App einem sagt dann gibt es auch keine Probleme.
Bis mir jemand einen Post zeigen kann, wo ohne nutzerfehler ein Problem aufgetaucht ist, bin ich von der Sicherheit und Stabilität von MetaMask überzeugt
App lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen
Bisher war alles TipTop mit Metamask. Wollte die App wie immer öffnen und plötzlich forderte die App zum ersten Mal mein Passwort an. Leider funktionierte es nicht und da stand ein Text: Can’t login ? You can ERASE your current wallet and setup a new account. Nachdem ich die App aktualisierte, lässt sie sich jetzt nicht einmal mehr öffnen. Der Support meldet sich leider nicht
Problemlösung und Support ist top
Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner wallet. Ein Token wollte nicht laden. Dem Support geschrieben, der sich nach 2 min gemeldet hat. Was soll ich sagen ist alles wieder wie vorher. China sind da also perfekt. Ich denke MetaMask hat viel Potenzial. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support.
