Metrobank App 17+

Hello i am currently working in Germany and actually i am using the old metrobank app. The old app is still functional but this new app is really very bad. I cannot register even if my account details were totally complete and correct i am struggling to register in this useless app of metrobank because i find it super un friendly. Very difficult and even tried to recover my old account maybe it would work but FAILUREEEEEEE 😒😒 i dont know why they dont any option if you are already a previous use to connect the account making clients having difficulty. Stressful application

Hi auabdid due, we're sorry for any inconvenience. If you have an existing Metrobank Online or Metrobank Mobile Banking App account, just log in directly on the NEW Metrobank App using your existing username and password.

I had an old app before but in some reason I had a problem to used it. When they introduced this new one, become easy for me to used it. At the beginning seems like confusing but the more you learn (learn by doing) to used it the more getting easy. I found it now easy to handle. Hope more people used this app. By the way I’m live in Germany and from here I have no problem to used my accounts.

This new version is really horrible. I‘ve been using the old app until the transition. I kept on trying multiple times even updated the app but still it keeps on crashing. I‘m based in Germany as well and this is only bank i‘m using to transfer money to the Philippines.
