Your perfect companion: the Miele app gives you mobile control of your Miele domestic appliances and lets you keep track of everything – whether you are at home or away.
Miele app highlights:
• Mobile control of domestic appliances: operate your domestic appliances conveniently via the app.
• Request the appliance status: can I add more laundry? How long does the programme have left to run? With the app, you can keep an eye on your appliances at all times.
• Receive notifications: Activate notifications to be informed when, for example, your dishwasher programme ends, or your laundry load is finished.

MobileControl – Control domestic appliances from a mobile device
With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher or oven at any time and select the programme, delay the start or select other options, for example.
RemoteUpdate - Always up to date
Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.
Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Learn more about your appliances to save money and protect the environment simultaneously.
Washing assistant - Achieve perfect washing results
Achieve the best possible cleaning results without being a washing expert? No problem thanks to the Miele app! Let the Washing Assistant in the Miele app guide you to find the perfect programme for your laundry. You can even start the recommended programme directly from the Miele app.

CookAssist – The secret to perfect frying results
Miele CookAssist not only helps you to cook the perfect steak, it is also available for a wide range of other dishes. Thanks to the step-by-step instructions in the Miele app, temperatures and cooking durations are automatically transferred to the TempControl hob. All you need to do is confirm the settings.

Nach einem erneuten Kontakt durch den Support und eine erneute, nun erfolgreiche Verbindung der Maschine mit meinem Userkonto kann ich nun auch die App 4.0 nutzen. Es gibt übersichtlichere Apps, und die von anderen festgestellten Mängel wie fehlender Füllstand der TwinDos-Kartuschen etc sehe ich auch - da ich aber nach einer Support-Odysee jetzt erfolgreich am Ziel bin, die App mit der Maschine verbunden zu haben, freu ich mich mal. Danke an alle Miele-Mitarbeiter*innen, die sich bemüht haben, und da mir der dortige Support versprochen hat, künftig darauf zu achten, keine doppelten Infos zu schicken, bin ich soweit zufrieden. Und im Laufe der Zeit hoff ich, auf 5 Sterne updaten zu können - je nach Updates der App.

Mit V4.1 jetzt brauchbar
Update: Das neue Update (Version 4.1.0) funktioniert wieder tadellos! Habe zwar die Geräte neu einrichten müssen in der App, aber alles funktioniert wieder, herrlich! Danke Miele!

Zu den neuen Geräten (Trockner und Waschmaschine) aus dem Premium Segment wurde die App Steuerung beworben, bis Version 3 war das brauchbar. Nun, nach Update auf V4 sind beide Maschinen in der App verschwunden , ein neues hinzufügen klappt im achten Anlauf noch immer nicht. Bin sehr enttäuscht, andere Anbieter mit günstigeren Maschinen bieten den App Connect zur Hardware seit Jahren zuverlässig an, getestete App Updates etc. Premium Preis der Maschinen passt nicht mit der schlechten Qualität der App zusammmen. App ist in Version 4.0 unbrauchbar geworden.

Überschaubarer Nutzen - aber stabil und läuft
Das Verbinden mit einer Waschmaschine funktioniert inzwischen gut ist aber zum Glück nicht mehr in regelmässigen abständen nötig, das ist gut! Funktionsumfang bei Waschmaschinen ist leider sehr überschaubar. Ja, man kann das Maschinchen in Routinen einbinden, wenn man es mit einer Platform nutzt, auch das Melden, wenn der Waschvorgang fertig ist, hilft. Fehlen tun mir Dinge wie Kilowattstunden pro Waschgang, wo wir doch (endlich) bald alle elektrisch fahren, ist man das so gewohnt und ich rechne wie früher zu Spritzeiten jetzt mal eben im Kopf die Kosten für Dinge durch und weiss meinen Kilowattstundenpreis zu Hause (viel zu teuer). Betriebszeiten wären auch ganz schön, wieviele Stunden lief die Kiste denn am Tag/Woche/Monat/Lebenszeit.
Ach ja und ein Bug, auf den ihr 3einfach nicht selbst zu kommen scheint (schon seit Jahren): egal welche Sprache ich in den Settings einstelle für die App, sie bleibt immer und ausschliesslich bei der Systemsprache. In meinem Fall iOS auf Englisch, Setting der Miele App ist auf Deutsch: Welcome to Miele. Es bleibt immer Englisch. Das geht besser und ist easy zu fixen, Leute! Anstrengen und Merry Xmas!
