Nervige Plattform
Bei anderen Plattformen werden innerhalb ein bis zwei Tagen die Punkte / Meilen gutgeschrieben. Bei Miles & More dauert es teilweise zwei Monate bis man wenigstens die obligatorische 1 Meile erhält. Wochen später stimmt es trotzdem oft nicht.
Bei so einem schönen Programm möchte man mitmachen und sich freuen; nicht Zeit damit verbringen, zu prüfen, ob es wieder nicht funktioniert hat.
Beispiel: 200 Meilen für Holidaycheck-Bewertungen. Erst wurde gar nichts gutgeschrieben; dann 100 Meilen / Bewertung. Ich habe zig mal an Miles&More geschrieben - keine Reaktion. Danach habe ich an Holidaycheck geschrieben und die haben das innerhalb eines Tages gelöst.
Seit November habe ich sicher über 10 Mails geschrieben; keine wurde beantwortet. Es nervt.

Jedes mal das Passwort neu eingeben nervt, zudem unübersichtlich...
