Super!

Hilft echt runterzufahren, ist nicht aufdringlich, aber konstant und verlässlich. Leider nur englisch... Manchmal Probleme mit der Menüführung. Gute Hilfe!

Dranbleiben...

Habe schon viele Ansätze ausprobiert, aber diese kleine App bringt es total. Sie erinnert, sagt genau wie es geht und bietet viele Meditationen oder bodyscans zur Auswahl.

Achtsamkeitsübungen in unterschiedlichen Längen. Visuell schön umgesetzt. Anleitungen angenehm eingesprochen. Hilft an besonders hektischen Tagen. Regelmäßig üben hilft, Ruhe zurück zu gewinnen.
