Eine Runde Sache!

Bei Mindvalley geht es um ganzheitliches transformatives Lernen und nicht nur um das verstandesmäßige Erfassen von Informationen. Die Inhalte sind wirklich gut: vielseitig, klar und gut aufbereitet. Das Lernkonzept mit der App ist ein runde Sache: kleine Lektionen begleiten den Teilnehmer über einen längeren Zeitraum im Alltag. Dabei kann jeder selbst wählen, wie intensiv man sich in den Prozess einbringen will bzw. kann. Es geht immer wieder um Selbstreflexion; dazu wird man ganz praktisch mit den passende Fragen, Übungen und Meditaionen begleitet und geführt.
Für mich ist Mindvalley ein große Hilfe und Bereicherung, da es neben den sehr gut Inhalten eine Plattform und Struktur bietet. Das Nutzen der App im Alltag ist einfach, spielerisch und macht Freude!

Sehr langsame Kundenbetreuung

An sich ist Mindvalley wirklich top, aber Kundenbetreuung ist so langsam. Dass ich jetzt mein Abo nicht mehr verlängern werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass Mindvally nach mehrmaligen anschrieben 6-10 Tage braucht um eine Frage zu beantworten. Und leider wird die Frage nicht mal richtig beantwortet und dann muss man wieder Tage warten bis eine Antwort kommt. Mindvally bitte bearbeitet eure Kundenbetreuung, wenn ihr eure Kunden Behalten wollt.

Rundum bei Weitem das beste für persönliche Weiterentwicklung! Großartige Lehrer und Kurse, superprofessionell und sinnvoll umgesetzt, immer megainspirierend und der Weltbeste Kundendienst :)! Und ich bin als systemischer Coach und einem ersten Leben in der Film/Fotobranche durchaus anspruchsvoll sowohl was den Inhalt, als auch die optisch ansprechende und dabei superfunktionale Umsetzung angeht. Danke für diese Mega App!
