There’s a thrilling satisfaction in seeing underground lines come together—and since no two games play alike, we’re always trying out new designs.
Wird nie langweilig, beruhigend und spannend zugleich
Die Entwickler bauen das Spiel ohne Zusatzkosten oder in App Käufe seit Jahren aus. Das ist toll. Einziger Wunsch, den ich aus dieser Vielzahl von Städten hätte: Eine Rasterauswahl oder/und Favoriten. Man muss schon kräftig und lange zur Seite scrollen, wenn man in seine Wunschstadt will. Und eine Frage: Warum verhält sich z.B. die eine oder andere Stadt (speziell Auckland) völlig verschieden auf ipad oder iphone? In die besten 300 komme ich zum Teil nur mit dem iphone und kann auf dem XL-ipad max. 70% der Punkte schaffen, obwohl man dort eine bessere Übersicht hat. Liegt das am anderen Seitenverhältnis der Darstellung? Stationen (Auckland) hinter dem linken See/Mauer werden eigentlich nur am iphone gebildet. So oder so: Das Spiel sieht erst nach nix aus, hat es aber in sich.
Minimi Tycoon mit viel Herz
Mini Metro hat genau die Formel, die mich bei AAA Aufbausimulationen schon immer gefesselt hatte. Egal ob die Siedler, Anno, Railroad Tycoon oder auch bei Starcraft, das Belohnungszentrum wird ganz einfach getriggert, und zwar wenn man was aktiv wachsen sieht. Die süße kleine Simulation setzt dieses wunderbare Gefühl perfekt um. Auch wenn die Grafik im ersten Moment etwas Flash like, altbacken daher kommt, wirkt sie im Spielfluss doch unglaublich smooth und angenehm. Die Klanglandschaft scheint sich der minimalen Optik perfekt anzupassen, wie auch das unkomplizierte Spielprinzip. Es scheint, als hätten alle drei Punkte den gleichen Stellenwert während der Entwicklung gehabt.
Eine runde Sache, wirklich.
