Description
Ivanti Web@Work allows you to easily and securely access your organization's web content on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. Web@Work works with your organization's Ivanti infrastructure to provide access to internal web content without a separate VPN connection, view bookmarks based on your role, and ensure that all sensitive data is secured.
NOTE: Web@Work requires Ivanti's Core or Cloud platforms to access internal web content without a separate VPN connection. Please consult with your organization's Mobile IT staff before downloading Web@Work.

Wofür braucht man diesen Browser?
Im Gegensatz zum Produkt docs@work aus dem gleichen Hause stellt web@work wenigstens einen für die Anwender halbwegs funktionierendes Produkt für iOS dar.
Ihm fehlen zwar viele Funktionen die ich heute von einem iOS Browser erwarten würde wie:
- Unterstützung von Site-by-Site Darstellung zweier Apps oder zweier Webseiten auf dem iPad
- Drag-and-Drop zwischen Apps
- Tastatur-Shortcuts
aber immerhin kann man mit web@work Webseiten aufrufen. Allerdings stelle ich mir die Frage, warum man seine Anwender mit einem schlechten Browser quälen soll, wenn man einen Zugriff auf Intranet-Ressourcen auch mit dem wesentlich komfortableren iOS eigenen Safari Browser und VPN-Verbindung realisieren kann?
Ich würde Anwender auf jeden Fall nicht mit diesem Browser quälen und somit auch Abhängigkeiten zu properitären Einzellösungen von MobileIron vermeiden.
ios update 15.5 und nichts geht mehr beim iPad!
Seit dem Apple Update auf 15.5 bei meinem iPad geht nichts mehr.
Web@work und Docs@work lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen und damit u.A. kein Mailanhang mehr öffnen. Scheinbar kam das iOS Update höchst unvorbereitet ;-(
Wann kommt der Fix von Euch???
