Idee gut, leider ein paar blöde Fehler
Die App ist wunderbar, einfach zu verstehen, man kann pitchen, offline nutzen, es gibt sehr viel Musik zum aussuchen, alles richtig gut.
Wir nutzen als Studio die App über 2 iPads und leider schmeißt uns die App regelmäßig raus und löscht auch alle heruntergeladenen Titel. Sehr blöd, wenn sowas mitten im Kurs passiert. Trotz öfteren telefonieren mit dem Support, leider noch keine Verbesserung.
Bitte beheben, wir arbeiten wirklich gerne mit MoveYa!
So lala...
War zu Beginn von der Idee sehr begeistert. Leider schmeißt mich die App regelmäßig raus. Kurz vor Kursbeginn ist das nicht schön. Auch spielen die Lieder nicht immer in der Reihenfolge die sie angegeben sind. Da sollte noch nach gebessert werden ein Back-up kann ich gar nicht machen. Auch dort bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung. Und obwohl ich nur auf einem Gerät angemeldet bin, sagt er mir immer ich hätte die maximale Anzahl an
logins verbraucht.
App-Absturz - souverän behoben!
Ich konnte meine Move YA!-App nicht mehr öffnen, ein einziger Albtraum für mich als Trainerin. Eine einzige Mail an den Customer Service hat gereicht, und ich bekam sofort kompetente Hilfe und das Problem wurde gelöst!
