The app guides through the measurement process, determines the measurement result by camera, and saves and visualizes measurements automatically.

I like the App reading Test strips by Merck KGaA.
Nice look and feel, good Digital result like the evaluation by eye, transferable to Electronic Notebook - and Social Media ;-) - via export.
