Ratings and Reviews
Very dysfunctional app
I tried to submit a claim - once started on a laptop, it cannot be finished on the mobile.
And trying to make the claim via the app, the upload of a photo of the invoice is impossible. No error message, no progress.
Will delete the app again, it’s not helpful and only takes up space on my device.
Continuous error messages
Reports continuously error messages when I want to display the insurance card information.
„A server error occurred. Please try again later“.
Has no bug report functionality.

It has good information inside and also replaces the insurance card. It think it’s fine
