User-friendly training videos:
• The Mein Schmieder app is very easy to use. All training videos contain
sequences that show you the correct execution of your exercises enabling you to
train as well on your own as with your therapist!
Rate your exercises and monitor your progress:
• Use the app to rate your exercises and monitor your individual progress.
Additionally, you can keep in touch with your therapist via video call and discuss
your results. Connect your fitness wearables or smartwatch to the Mein Schmieder
app through Apple HealthKit and stay informed on your activity goals.
Get more in-depth therapy:
• The Mein Schmieder app allows you to exercise correctly and always at the right
intensity. This ensures the effectiveness of your therapy and leads to significant,
long-term improvements of your condition.

Audio ist ein Problem
Die App krallt sich die Audio-Ausgabe obwohl sie diese nur selten nutzt. Das Interface sollte freigegeben werden , damit z.b. Hörbücher weiter laufen.
Schönes Training nach der Reha
Das Training nach der Reha zu vernachlässigen kann zu Muskelschwund führen, man/Frau fühlt sich nach dem Schmieder App Training gut und fit.
