Not designed for english Users
Maybe a good app but when login you have no choice to switch language and also inside the app not all useful features are translated. Another about the provider is that on Iphone they have annoying SIM Tone feature switched on by default on prepaid cards for tourist. Do you really think that this is the right audience? That's annoying and a reason not to use mobifone.
Issues sending sms many times
I have a prepaid mobifone account and many times i received sms whete i couldn‘t answer. The sms simply was not delivered. Trying again didn‘t change, just had the syme result. Helpdesk of mobifone is unsble to identify why this happens.
