Funktioniert leider nicht mehr

Eigentlich ist es ein tolles Spiel, dass ich bis vor kurzem fast täglich gespielt habe. Seit einigen Tagen lässt es sich nicht mehr öffnen mit der Meldung, dass ein Problem aufgetreten sei. Mehrmals habe ich versucht, über den Hilfebereich Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber leider keine Antwort bekommen. Schade...

Schönes Spiel aber es funktioniert nicht mehr

My Spa ist ein wünschönes Spiel. Ich spiele es schon seit circa einem Jahr. Ein Mix aus Spa und Landwirtschaft. Es ist eine aufregende Geschichte, indem man die Möglichkeit hat verschiedene Salons wie z.b Firseur- und Make up Salon zu eröffnen. Bei Beauty-Events hat man die Möglichkeit tolle Preise zu gewinnen.

Doch seit der letzen Woche funktioniert das Spiel auf meinem Handy leider nicht mehr. Es wird mir immer angezeigt, das es ein Problem gibt. Auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen über den Kontakt und per E-Mail jemanden zu erreichen, hat sich bis jetzt noch nichts bei mir getan.
Ich hoffe ihr könnte das Problem beheben.

Update Sep 2019

Das Update hat wirklich tolle neue Features gebracht (live-Event).
Vieeel schlechter ist die premiumkunden-Sache geworden. Wie soll ich einen Kunden in 12 h bedienen, wenn die Herstellungszeit seiner Produkte schon deutlich über 12 h liegt. Dazu kommt, dass die Gewerke ja auch schon für andere Produkte verplant sind (Warteschleife). Und wenn ich dann nur 10 Punkte für einen solchen Aufwand bekomme, lasse ich diese Kunden einfach links liegen - lohnt ja eh nicht!
Ansonsten macht das Spiel immer noch Spaß!
