One Star Is too much

One of my worst online shopping experiences. I needed medicine and ordered with a clear conscience at 9 a.m. in the hope of getting it delivered within 1 hour, as with other delivery services in Dubai. Apart from a confirmation of my order, I didn't get anything. At 12 o'clock I asked by email and it can only answer that I send an email within 48 hours! Get. No answer to date. Oh yes, the courier wanted to deliver the medicine at 8 o'clock in the evening. I refused and am now waiting for a refund of my paid amount. Prefer to order somewhere else if you need medicine quickly. Customer service is a foreign word for Aster!

Slow, data and apointment missing

App slow and can not see appointments. Even i was already 2 times in clinic my insurance is not with the app connected
