When I click on the profile section and then on the product, the app crashes. Can we fix this?
Zu kleiner Umfang, freundlicherer Mitarbeiter
An und für sich ist die App gar nicht verkehrt. Was den Umfang angeht könnten da ein paar Funktion mehr drin sein. Die Mitarbeiter im Chat, könnten etwas freundlicher sein, und die Kunden die viel viel Geld ausgeben für ihre Gerätschaften, sollten etwas freundlicher bedient werden, vor allem wenn das Gerät gerade mal ein paar Tage alt ist. Deshalb gibt es nur drei Sterne. Kundenfreundlichkeit steht hier auf jeden Fall nicht im Vordergrund.
