Die GPS-Ortung ist sehr ungenau. Bei zwei von drei Fahrten konnten mich die Taxi-Fahrer bisher nicht finden. Die Kommunikation wird zudem weiter dadurch erschwert, dass das WhatsApp-Team bei Telefonaten nur mäßiges Englisch beherrscht.

Das Ändern einer nicht mehr gültigen Telefonnummer funktionierte auf einem iPhone, dann aber wurde kein Passwort angenommen. Auf einem 2. iPhone die App neu installiert, das Zusenden von OTPs dauerte sehr lang, manchmal bereits verfallen. Dann wieder auch hier Passwortprobleme. Vergebens!!

Super App, aber falsche Zeitangaben

Haben nun mehrfach ein Taxi gebucht, statt den angegebenen 2-3min, braucht dies meist mindestens eine Stunde. Dass ist echt ärgerlich, denn einen Status, wann der Fahrer da ist, bekommt man auch nicht.
