In the maintenance section you can access the services carried out on your Ducati*, view the scheduled services, and be informed in real time about available updates so you’re always sure that your bike has the highest level of safety and functionality.
*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

DEALER
The best way to find the dealer closest to your location and how to reach it. Choose your favourite dealer, check the services offered and contact them directly if you have any queries.

Bekomme keine 100% beim Profil

App ist okay, wirklich viel bringt sie aber irgendwie nicht.
Wollte alle Badges freischalten, das klappt aber nicht, denn egal was ich ausfülle und eingebe es steht immer maximal auf 95% obwohl es nichts mehr auszufüllen gibt.

Alles läuft gut

Es macht was es soll. Die App funktioniert gut und schnell und ich finde sie sehr praktisch

Aktuell kein Kundensupport, aber Werbung geht.

Motorräder könne nicht verwaltet werden, ständig Server Verbindung unterbrochen, stürzt ständig ab, Händlersuche ist grausam nervig, da man ständig beim Tippen und Aussuchen unterbrochen wird … aber die neuste Werbung geht. So viele Fehler, das sollte den Entwicklern schon selber auffallen, wie wäre es mit erst einmal fertig machen und dann der Release? Ich weiß sehr konservativ, aber ich will Motorrad fahren und kein Beta Tester sein. Werbung stand wohl eher im Fokus als Kundensupport? Sagt euren Chefs, das sowas armselig ist.

Update: einiges wurde anscheinend verbessert und zumindest stürzt die App nicht ständig ab. Es wird wohl daran gearbeitet.
