Tolle, einfache App

Die Entspannungseinheiten sind so kurz, dass man sie überall einbauen kann, und sie geben viel Kraft zurück. Die Stimmen sind beide recht hölzern; die männliche Stimme aber etwas weniger als die weibliche. Trotzdem stört das in keiner Weise die Mediation, im Gegenteil. Mir gefällt der kurze Check-In und Check-Out vor und nach den Übungen.

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr gute App für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene in der Meditation. Die Übungen sind alle recht kurz und lassen sich daher gut im Alltag einbauen. Sehr gut sind vor allem die Check-Ins und Check-Outs, in denen man kurz über die eigene Gemütslage nachdenkt. Die Auswahl der vorgeschlagenen Meditationen passt für mich fast jedes mal auf meine Stimmung. Das Englisch ist außerdem leicht zu verstehen, sobald man sich an die Stimmen gewöhnt hat. Schade ist, dass viele Meditationen nur in der Premiumversion verfügbar sind, wofür der Preis recht happig ist. Die App lässt sich aber auch prima ohne Premiumversion nutzen.

Beste Achtsamkeitsapp

ich hab schon etliche Entspannungs- und Achtsamkeitsapps ausprobiert. Die hier ist die Beste. Die kostenlose Variante hat genug Auswahl, sodass man nicht frustriert die App bald wieder wegschmeißt, die Stimmen der Personen sind angenehm und es macht so viel Spaß, dass man sich nicht zur Achtsamkeit zwingen muss. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!
