One app to personalize your hearing experience and track health data
The new myPhonak comes with improved functionality and a new design to make your hearing experience as seamless and as tailored to your needs as possible. myPhonak provides you access to enhanced hearing controls and personalization options for your Phonak hearing aid(s) in addition to tracking your health data.*
The Remote Control enables you to easily make changes to your hearing aid(s) to suit your personal preferences for various listening situations. You can easily adjust the volume and various hearing aid features (e.g., noise reduction and microphone directionality) or select pre-defined programs according to the different listening situation you are in. Additionally, you can make quick adjustments to the pitch of the sound in the equalizer by using the presets (default, comfort, clarity, softer, etc.) or more personalized adjustments using the sliders (bass, middle, treble).
The Remote Support allows you to meet with your hearing care professional through a live video call and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely. (by appointment)
Numerous functions are available within the Health section such as Steps* and Wearing time*, including Optional goal setting*, Activity levels*, Heart rate tracking**, Distance walked and ran***.

Finally, myPhonak allows for configuration of Tap Control, setting up cleaning reminders and provides additional information, such as battery level and status of connected hearing aids and accessories.

Ganz schlechte Qualität
Das hätte ich vom Markführer nicht erwartet. Statt einer Verbesserung der App- Funktionen, ein großer Rückschritt was Bedienung, Verbindung oder das fehlende Hörtagebuch angeht. Das Ganze dann ohne Test dem Kunden zu geben ist nicht gut. Am besten die neue App gegen die alte Austauschen …
Außerdem finde ich das die Antworten vom Support auf die Bewertungen gerne in deutscher Sprache getätigt werden.
Ich schreibe diese Bewertung ja auch nicht in Chinesisch!

Stark Ausbaufähig
Die App startet zunächst sehr langsam (iPhone13) und braucht nochmals eine weile bis man auf die bereits per Bluetooth verbundenen Hörgeräte endlich zugreifen kann.
Wenn ich dann die Hörgeräte auf die aktuelle Situation angepasst habe muss ich die App alle 3 Minuten manuell öffnen, da sonst wieder der Standart-Modus aktiviert wird und ich wieder nichts verstehe. Es wäre also definitiv mein Wunsch, dass der Modus den ich eingestellt habe beibehalten wird bis ich in der App wieder was anderes einstelle. So wie die App jetzt ist bringt sie mir kaum Nutzen.

Welch amüsante Arroganz
Was soll das, wenn meine Hörsysteme nicht erkannt werden, muss ich die App erst deinstallieren und dann neu installieren. Nach dem dritten Mal klappte es und die App erkannte meine Lauscher wieder. Wenn ich so arbeiten würde, hätte ich meine Kündigung. Und das ein schweizer Unternehmen bei Rezessionen in deutscher Sprache nur mit einem Standardtext in englisch reagiert, lässt tief auf das Serviceverständnis blicken und zeugt für mich von exorbitanter Arroganz und dümmlicher Gier. Seit 1992 trage ich Hörsysteme von Phonak/ Sonova. Jetzt tut mir das leid, weil es nur verschlimmbessert wird und an Tragefeindlichkeit nicht zu überbieten ist. Bevor die App reagiert und die Systeme, jedesmal, neu erkannt hat… ja Hallo, ich habe noch anderes im Leben vor. Mit einer Fernbedienung ging das früher deutlich schneller und einfacher. Unter Andy Rhies hätte das nicht gegeben. Jetzt scheinen gierige Menschen am Werk zu sein, die gar nicht wissen, was eine Hörbehinderung bedeutet. Schade auch, dass es keine Farben mehr gibt ( fürs Naida 90). Die schweinchenrosa und grauen Farbtöne sind nicht in, sondern ein Grund für Suizid.
