Description
The MyStiebel Legacy App - simple operation of Stiebel Eltron heat pumps (- Important: Only in your own home network, not from outside your home network -).
Note: If you want to control your heat pump outside your home network, we recommend the "MyStiebel" app (only for Stiebel Eltron heat pumps with the WPM system / WPM 4 controller).
With the MyStiebel Legacy App you can easily and conveniently reach the comfortable temperature in your home.

- Simplicity: Intuitively set the desired room temperature for two heating circuits (heating circuit 1 and 2) via the graphic interface, as well as the desired temperature of your provided hot water.
- Speed: Predefined eco and comfort scenes allow you to quickly reach your desired room temperature.
- Comfort gain and energy saving: Save energy by creating a time programme for temporary changes in heating and hot water requirements
- Security: Once you have stored your heating engineer's details, you have direct access to his address and telephone number.
===What are the requirements for using the app? Which systems are compatible?
Operation of the system with the MyStiebel Legacy app is ONLY possible in your home network.
The MyStiebel Legacy app works in conjunction with systems and controllers (STIEBEL ELTRON heat pump manager) of the latest generation. In addition, it has limited downward compatibility with other systems and controllers. A list of all supported systems can be found here: http://www.stiebel-eltron.de/iotcompatibility
The prerequisite is that the system is connected to the Internet via the STIEBEL ELTRON "Internet Service Gateway" (ISG). The ISG must have a current software version (at least version 5.12.0.0). Furthermore, registration in the STIEBEL ELTRON "Service World" is required in order to receive necessary updates for the ISG. It is not possible to log into the "Service World" via the MyStiebel Legacy app, but must be done manually via the ISG. Instructions for logging into the "Service World" can be found here: http://www.stiebel-eltron.de/iotcompatibility
It is not possible to use the MyStiebel Legacy app with simultaneous use of the STIEBEL ELTRON EMI ("Energy Management Interface") and a connection to a building automation system (KNX).

Steuerung im Heimnetzwerk per App - tiptop
Ich habe eine relativ neue Wärmepumpe (Bj2021) mit einem Hk1, einem Raumtemperaturfühler,
der FEM und dem ISG.
Das Einrichten der Verbindung war einfach und problemlos. Die Steuerung, Programmierung und Kontrolle der Anlage ist einfach möglich.
Aber ein Problem gibt es.
Die angezeigten Zahlen für Isttemperaturen im Raum und Wasser sowie Luftfeuchtigkeit stimmen meistens nicht.
K.A. wie das in der App gemacht wird - ab und zu werden die Zahlen aktualisiert, dann passiert tagelang nichts. Da habe ich kein System dahinter verstanden. Hier bitte dringend nachbessern! Deshalb und wegen fehlendem Onlinebetrieb nur drei Sterne…
Einfach gut
Mit der APP erfüllen sich meine Wünsche an eine einfache Bedienung meiner Heizung- mehr braucht es nicht. Gut das man sich auf das Wesentliche konzentriert hat. Die Bedienung an der Wärmepumpen und auch ander Raumeinheit ist doch sehr umständlich, was meine Frau bislang davon abgehalten hat ihre Wunschtemperatur einzustellen. Die Bedienung gefiel ihr gut. Werde die APP auch noch auf Ihrem iPhone installieren, dann muss ich mich nicht mehr drum kümmern, wenn ihr mal wieder zu kalt ist. Die Installation war recht einfach, wenn man denn sein WLAN eingeschaltet hat. Leider gab es dazu keinen Hinweis von der APP. Die Heizung wurde dann auch schnell angezeigt. Nach dem Antippen passierte nix, man musste erst den kleinen weiterpfeil drücken. Etwas umständlich dafür ein Stern weniger.
Super Übersichtlich
Eine tolle Möglichkeit meine Wärmepumpen zu bedienen. Besonders komfortabel finde ich die Möglichkeit mit geringem Aufwand die Temperaturen für eine frei zu bestimmende Dauer zu reduzieren - Perfekt für Dienstreise oder Urlaub.
Die Einrichtung war bei mir kein Problem. App öffnen und im Heimnetzwerk wurde die Wärmepumpe sofort gefunden. So stelle ich mir das vor. Weiter so...
