mySunPower™ offers convenient information about and control over your SunPower home solar power system. Designed to integrate seamlessly with SunPower solar and battery storage solutions, mySunPower puts the power to monitor system performance and control battery settings in the palm of your hand. The app is an extension of the mySunPower web portal.
Features include:
• Views of solar production, home consumption, and battery power flows.
• Historical system performance, including energy consumption data for homes equipped with energy consumption meters.
• SunPower SunVault™ Storage controls to change battery settings and view battery status.
• Live weather data and system alerts to inform energy decisions.

Es bleibt dabei: Nur für den US-Markt vorgesehen
In Deutschland funktioniert die App nicht und nach Auskunft der Firma soll die alte App weiter funktionieren. Tut sie aber seit dem 03.03.22 nicht mehr. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich auf eine Firma verwiesen, die hier in Deutschland den technischen Support übernehmen soll und erhielt folgende Antwort: „ Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass Maxeon den Support für die PV-Überwachungssysteme eingestellt hat. Aufgrund von technischen Änderungen werden teilweise auch keine Daten zu den Servern mehr übertragen, d.h. selbst mit dem Zugang zu der amerikanischen Seite würden Sie dort keine Daten Ihrer Anlage mehr sehen.
Wir bedauern diese unerfreuliche Situation sehr, leider haben wir keine Möglichkeit diesen Zustand zu ändern.“
Fazit: Nicht nur die App ist in Deutschland nutzlos, sondern auch die PV Überwachungssysteme von SunPower. Sehr ärgerlich!
