NAH SH - Your personal journey planner for regional Schleswig-Holstein.
With the NAH.SH-App, your personal travel companion is always in your pocket. All of the information that you need for your next trip is only a quick click away. Students from Schleswig-Holstein universities can download their Schleswig-Holstein-wide semester ticket directly into the app.
The NAH SH-App offers you the following features:
An individual journey planner for all trains and buses within Schleswig-Holstein: you can choose to search by your current location, a particular address, or the nearest bus or train station. Our journey planner gives you the fastest connections, the exact distance you need to travel, footpaths, platform number and transfer time.
An overview of all stops with the next arrival and departure times as well as an environment map.
A map of your current location and the surrounding area with all the available stops.
Tariff information and ticket options that are relevant to your travel plan.
Real-time data information, so that you always know whether your train or bus is on time.
Push messages concerning disturbances, if notifications is activated in the app.
Under “my addresses” you can easily save frequently used travel routes as favourites to make searching for your connection even faster!

Ständiges erneutes Laden
Ich nutze die App zwangsläufig aufgrund des Semestertickets.
Es ist unfassbar anstrengend, dass die App jedes Mal zum Start zurück springt und man alles neu eingeben muss, sobald man die App verlässt, den Bildschirm sperrt oder beim iPhone auf die generelle App-Übersicht geht. Da man dies eher häufig machen muss, um evt. eine Zeit oder etwas ähnliches nachzugucken, ist dies ultimativ nervig. Zudem verfolgt dies meiner Meinung nach keinen Zweck oder dieser ist mir absolut nicht ersichtlich.
Es wäre ebenfalls schön, das Ticket auswählen zu können und das Handy noch einmal kurz gesperrt in die Tasche zu stecken, ohne im Anschluss alles wieder neu auszuwählen.
Fahrrad Tageskarte
Die App ist echt klasse. Allerdings sollte die Standart Fahrrad Tageskarte (4,50€) Oder die Gesamtnetz (5,30€) unter Tickets extra eingepflegt werden. Damit man die Karten separat buchen kann. In letzter Zeit wird die Tarif Übersicht nicht mehr unter meinen Verbindungen angezeigt(an den Verbindungen hat sich nichts gändert. Außerdem muss man dann immer soweit nach unten scrollen.
Ist noch Potenzial nach oben
Ich mag die gute Übersicht der App und die Möglichkeit diverse Alternativen gleichzeitig sehen zu können.
Wenn ich mich aber entschieden habe für eine Verbindung, fände ich es sehr hilfreich, sehen zu können von welchem Bussteig ich abfahren muss. Ich nehme dann öfter eine Verbindung früher, aus Angst, die Umsteigezeit reicht nicht zur Orientierung.
Und ich finde es sehr nervig, dass immer meine Verbindung weg ist, sobald ich mein Ticket in der App vorzeigen will und dann neu suchen muss.
Alles im allen, bin ich zufrieden.
