This workout series is designed to be fun for all levels! You'll become more comfortable with the choreography with each repeated workout. New workouts are added every week, so sign up now and let's build your NAUGHTY BODY!

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Naughty Girl Fitness on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. The Energy is Priceless!

I love what Janelle created. Her positive energy is magnetic and the playlists are all crafted with so much care and love and keep you motivated to finish and come back to it. Also love all her assistant dancers. The cherry on top is her genuine little advice on life at the end of each workout which sends me into my day with a smile on my face and faith in myself. Thank you NGF! Much love to all of you.

Fun and effective

I tried many fitness apps, but this one I really identify myself. The mix between music, energy and movements, transform the workout in a very nice moment.
Looking forward to achieve the next level, and improve myself.
